Located in the heart of Forsyth County, Sawnee Mountain Biscuit Co. is home to the traditional southern style homemade biscuit.

In 2001, Kathleen Bartlett and her partner, Gene Pugh, opened Daisy's Drive Thru. In the nearly two decades since their opening, Daisy's homemade, southern style biscuits has become a favorite among locals in Forsyth County. The friendly, family like atmosphere keeps them coming back. Kathleen and Gene operated Daisy's until Gene's passing in 2009. Kathleen kept the business going on her own, until selling it to her granddaughter, Brandy White, in 2018.

Since then, Brandy has brought her youthful enthusiasm and energy to Daisy's while maintaining the friendly, family like atmosphere and great food. Brandy, a Forsyth Central High School and Lanier Tech graduate, loves her community and making people happy with great food and service. In 2021, Daisy's was rebranded to become Sawnee Mountain Biscuit Co. to include our love for the local community into the business. we are excited to continue serving our community!
